Naveen Mohiuddin is a multi unit restaurant franchisee with over 10 years experience in franchise operations and management across multiple brands.  He has been responsible for over $6 Million in annual sales and over 150+ employees a year.  Naveen has extensive knowledge in developing a new restaurant from construction to operations.  Because he did not acquire all his units at one time, he was able to gain knowledge and experience in growing his units organically.  This gives him invaluable lessons on how to grow infrastructure but at the same time manage it financially.  Naveen has a specific knowledge in QSR kitchen systems and implementation methods.  Naveen has shown leadership in his career by effectively creating positive relationships with corporate teams.  He has successfully created a franchise association that helped franchisees open lines of communication.
In addition to owning and operating his restaurants, Naveen has pivoted to helping current restaurant owners in operations, concept development, P&L management and more.
